Terms of Service

Last Updated: October 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account or accessing the Nexovi platform ("the Service"), you agree to abide by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you are not authorized to utilize the platform.

2. Eligibility & Institutional Scope

Access to the Service is restricted exclusively to students verifying identity via an approved school-issued email domain configuration. This validation is used solely to verify student status and does not imply official institutional endorsement. Users affirm they are at least 13 years of age.

3. User Accounts & Responsibilities

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and access codes. You agree that all logged workspace updates, data entries, and communications transmitted under your account are your sole responsibility.

4. Acceptable Conduct & Workspace Safety

Nexovi is a collaborative campus environment. Users are strictly prohibited from transmitting content that is disruptive, abusive, harassing, defaming, or violating digital platform safety parameters. Circumventing system filters or security validation blocks will result in immediate service suspension.

5. System Directives & Moderation Rights

Platform administrators reserve the right to monitor workspace logs, moderate content submissions, and temporarily or permanently suspend synchronization privileges for any account found violating platform integrity parameters, without prior notice.

6. Limitation of Liability & Project Scope

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" basis as an independent student educational project. The developers make no warranties regarding uptime, data retention, or system performance, and accept zero liability for platform interactions, data loss, or disputes arising between workspace users.
