2. Use of System Data

Collected information is used strictly to authenticate user identity, route active messaging streams in real-time, prevent unauthorized registration scripts, and maintain community safety benchmarks via admin moderation panels.

3. Data Sharing & Third-Party Disclosure

Nexovi does not sell, trade, rent, or distribute student user records, tracking metadata, or communication logs to commercial entities, third parties, or official school administrators. All stored database metrics remain strictly confined to this private platform server architecture.

4. Data Retention & Account Deletion

Account data remains indexed while profiles are active. Users can permanently remove their workspace configuration at any time via the platform Settings panel. Utilizing the profile removal function instantly deletes your account database records and timeline inputs.

5. Security Architecture

We employ industry-standard security protocols, including HTTPS data encryption and password hashing, to safeguard minor data profiles. As an independent platform, the Service matches standard digital privacy practices to preserve confidential user tracks.
